摘 要:试验基于最不利养护环境,以3种不同含量外加剂为变量,研究外加剂对地聚物砂浆干缩性能的影响。试验研究发现,在掺入3种不同外加剂后,地聚物砂浆试件干缩趋势大致相同。VAE掺量为4%时,试件干缩应变为1 938.32μm/m,对比30d的对照组,占其50%;APAM掺量为2.5%时,试件干缩应变为2 435μm/m,对比30d的对照组,占其62.88%;CPAM掺量为1.5%时,试件干缩应变为2 758μm/m,对比30d的对照组,占其71.22%。这说明合理掺入外加剂能有效改善地聚物砂浆干缩性能。Based on the most unfavorable curing environment, this experiment takes three admixtures with different contents as variables to study the influence of three admixtures with different contents on the drying shrinkage performance of geopolymer mortar. It is found that the drying shrinkage trend of geopolymer mortar specimens is roughly the same after adding three different admixtures. When the content of VAE admixture is 4%, the dry shrinkage strain of the specimen is 1 938.32 μm/m, compared with the control group for 30 days, it only accounts for 50%. When the content of APAM admixture is 2.5%, the dry shrinkage strain of the specimen is 2 435 μm/m, compared with the control group for 30 days, it only accounts for 62.88%. When the content of CPAM admixture is 1.5%, the dry shrinkage strain of the specimen is 2 758μm/m, compared with the control group for 30 days, it only accounts for 71.22%. It shows that reasonable admixture can effectively improve the dry shrinkage of geopolymer mortar.
