摘  要:为研究螺杆类型和输送长度对小麦粉螺旋输送荷电的影响,基于EDEM中“Tribocharging”摩擦充电模型及“Hertz-Mindlin (no slip)”接触模型,用SolidWorks建立螺旋喂料结构三维模型;以小麦粉为仿真材料,对同一螺杆、不同长度和同一长度、不同螺杆的颗粒荷电过程进行模拟分析。在螺旋转速为120 rad/min仿真条件下,粒径为0.3 mm小麦粉颗粒在900,1 100,1 300 mm等距螺杆输送后,平均荷质比分别为1.16,1.23,1.28 nC/g;在输送长度为1 300 mm仿真条件下,粒径为0.3 mm小麦粉颗粒在进料口变螺距、出料口变螺距和等距螺杆输送后,平均荷质比分别为1.46,1.36,1.28 nC/g。小麦粉颗粒的平均荷质比随着输送长度的增加而增加;小麦粉颗粒等距螺杆输送时平均荷质比更小。研究为食品粉体除静电技术提供理论基础。To study the effect of screw type and conveyor length on the charge of wheat flour screw conveyor,based on the friction charging model of “Tribocharging” and the contact model of “Hertz-Mindlin(no slip)” in EDEM,the three-dimensional model of spiral feeding structure was established by Solidworks.Using wheat flour as simulation material,the charged process of particles with the same screw,different length and the same length and different screw was simulated and analyzed.Under the simulation condition of screw speed of 120 rad/min,the average charge/mass ratios of wheat flour particles with particle size of 0.3 mm were 1.16,1.23 and 1.28 nC/g after 900,1 100 and 1 300 mm isometric screw transportation,respectively.Under the simulation condition of conveying length of 1 300 mm,the average charge/mass ratios of wheat flour particles with particle size of 0.3 mm were 1.46,1.36 and 1.28 nC/g respectively after conveying with variable pitch of feed port,variable pitch of discharge port and isometric screw.The average charge/mass ratio of wheat flour particles increased with the increase of transport length.The average charge/mass ratio of wheat flour particles transported by isometric screw is smaller.The study provides a theoretical basis for the electrostatic removal technology of food powder.
