摘　　要：阐述配电网自动化运行管理模式。配网自动化建成之后需要及时调整运行管理模式,以集约化、专业化、精益化作为管理原则,促进配网系统的资源优化、高效管控以及数据集中。The automatic operation and management mode of distribution network is described.After the completion of the distribution network automation, it is necessary to adjust the operation management mode in a timely manner to promote the resource optimization, efficient management and control and data centralization of the distribution network system with the management principles of intensification, specialization and lean.
