摘　　要：实景三维模型是数字中国建设的空间基底。结合实景三维常州数据建设(一期)的项目实践,基于AIMS航摄仪实现多源数据同步获取,并在多源数据融合建模、实景三维模型结构化及语义化等关键技术方面进行了探索。在此基础上,融合实景三维数据、多源地理空间数据和专题业务数据,开发了面向城市规划管理的多应用集成模块,为地级市实景三维城市建设提供参考样板。3 D Real Scene model is the spatial basis of digital China construction.Combined with the construction and of 3 D Real Scene data in Changzhou,based on the AIMS DigitalAerial Camera,the key technologies such as synchronous acquisition of multi-source data,multi-source data fusion modeling,structuring and semantics of 3 D Real Scene models are studied.On this basis,integrate 3 D Real Scene data,multi-source geographic space and thematic business data,build a multi-application integrated module for urban planning management,which provides a reference model for the construction of 3 D Real Scene cities model for prefecture-level cities.
