摘　　要：乳腺植入物的分割和提取会直接影响其三维重建与可视化的准确性。针对Canny算子进行分割时易发生边缘断裂以及DRLSE算法分割精度不高、易出现边界泄漏等缺点。利用Canny算子对图像边缘分割精确且能够抑制噪声的优点以及DRLSE空间连续演化的思想。采用Canny算子与DRLSE算法相结合的方法,设计一种分割算法。将Canny算子的解析式代入DRLSE方程推导出算法的解析式。通过实验在视觉和Dice指标上对比了DRLSE与该算法在分割人体乳腺PCL植入物时的分割效果。实验结果表明,该算法可以精确地对乳腺植入物进行分割,改善了DRLSE算法边界泄漏的缺点并且具有更佳的抗噪声性能。The segmentation and extraction of breast implants will directly affect the accuracy of 3D reconstruction and visualization.When the Canny operator is segmented,edge fracture is easy to occur,and the DRLSE algorithm has low segmentation accuracy and is prone to boundary leakage.Taking the advantage of using Canny operator to segment the image edge accurately and suppress noise,using the idea of continuous evolution of DRLSE space,a segmentation algorithm combining Canny operator and DRLSE algorithm is designed.The mathematical analytical formula of DRLSE equation substituted by Canny operator was derived.The segmentation effects of DRLSE and this algorithm when segmenting human breast PCL implants were compared through experiments.Experimental results show that the algorithm in this paper can accurately segment breast implants,improve the shortcomings of the boundary leakage of DRLSE algorithm,and have better anti-noise performance.
