摘 要:该研究旨在评价环县不同地区陇东紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa'Longdong')生产性能及营养品质,为该地区陇东紫花苜蓿种植合理布局提供科学依据。试验随机选择环县11个乡镇,分别于2019年6月初(第1茬)和2019年8月初(第2茬)(均为初花期)采集样品,测定每个乡镇陇东紫花苜蓿生物量及营养品质。结果表明:第1茬鲜草产量、干草产量、粗蛋白(CP)产量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)产量、NDF含量与酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量均显著高于第2茬(P<0.05)。第2茬CP含量、总可消化养分(TDN)含量、干物质消化率(DDM)与相对饲料价值(RFV)均显著高于第1茬(P<0.05)。合道镇第1茬CP产量、CP、TDN、DDM和RFV显著高于除四合原乡和甜水镇外其他样地(P<0.05),NDF含量和ADF含量显著低于除甜水镇和曲子镇外其他样地(P<0.05),第2茬鲜草产量、CP产量、CP含量显著高于秦团庄乡、四合原乡、南湫乡、曲子镇和小南沟乡(P<0.05)。樊家川镇第1茬鲜草产量、干草产量和NDF产量显著高于除四合原乡和毛井镇外其他样地(P<0.05)。洪德镇第2茬鲜草产量、干草产量、CP产量和NDF产量显著高于除车道镇和合道镇外其他样地(P<0.05)。样地与茬次的交互作用对各指标均有显著影响(P<0.05)。灰色关联度结果表明:第1茬加权关联值排名前五的乡镇为合道>甜水>樊家川>四合原>曲子,第2茬加权关联值排名前五的乡镇为合道>车道>樊家川>四合原>洪德。综上,从不同茬次角度来看,环县陇东苜蓿产量第1茬优于第2茬,营养品质第2茬优于第1茬。从不同样地角度来看,环县合道镇、樊家川镇和四合原乡第1茬与第2茬苜蓿均较好,排名为合道>樊家川>四合原,甜水镇和曲子镇第1茬苜蓿较好,车道镇和洪德镇第2茬苜蓿较好。This study aimed to evaluate the production performance and nutritional quality of Longdong alfalfa(Medicago sativa'Longdong')in different regions of Huan county,in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational layout of Longdong alfalfa planting in this region.11 towns in Huan county were randomly selected,and samples were collected at the beginning of June 2019(first stubble)and early August 2019(second stubble)(both in the first flowering period)to determine the biomass and nutritional quality of Longdong alfalfa in each township.The results showed that the fresh grass yield,hay yield,crude protein(CP)yield,neutral detergent fiber(NDF)yield,NDF content and acid detergent fiber(ADF)content of the first stubble were significantly higher than those of the second stubble(P<0.05).The CP content,total digestible nutrient(TDN)content,digestible dry matter(DDM)and relative feed value(RFV)of the second stubble were significantly higher than those of the first stubble(P<0.05).The CP yield,CP content,TDN content,DDM and RFV of first stubble in Hedao town were significantly higher than other regions except Siheyuan and Tianshui town(P<0.05),and NDF content and ADF content were significantly lower than those regions except Tianshui town and Quzi town(P<0.05).The fresh grass yield,CP yield,and CP content of the second stubble were significantly higher than those of Qintuanzhuang township,Siheyuan,Nanqiu township,Quzi town and Xiaonangou township(P<0.05).The fresh grass yield,hay yield of first stubble and NDF yield of first stubble in Fanjiachuan township were significantly higher than those of other regions except Siheyuan and Maojing town(P<0.05).The fresh grass,hay yield,CP yield and NDF yield of second stubble in Hongde township were significantly higher than those of other regions except Chedao town and Hedao town(P<0.05).The interaction between region and stubble had a significant impact on each index(P<0.05).The grey correlation results showed that the top 5 towns in the first stubble weighted correlation valu
