摘  要:脱氢枞胺是松香的重要改性物质之一,也是歧化松香胺的主要成分,分子中具有稳定的手性三环菲结构和可修饰的胺基,可以与生物大分子进行手性识别,是一类重要的药性骨架。脱氢枞胺衍生物具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗癌等多种生物活性,可作为先导化合物用于新药发现。以脱氢枞胺衍生物展现出的生物活性为依据进行分类,介绍近年来具有生物活性的脱氢枞胺衍生物的研究进展,以期为该类化合物的后续研究提供参考。Dehydroabietylamine is one of the important modification substances of rosin, and also the main component of disproportionated rosin amine.It has a stable chiral tricyclic phenanthrene structure and modifiable amine group, which can be recognized with biological macromolecules.It is an important medicinal skeleton.Its derivatives have antibacterial, antiviral, and anticancer activities and can be used as lead compounds for new drug discovery.The biological activities of dehydroabietylamine derivatives were classified according to their different biological activities, and the research progress on the biological activities of dehydroabietylamine derivatives was introduced in order to provide a reference for the subsequent research of dehydroabietylamine derivatives.
