摘 要:针对当前高等职业院校人才培养无法与企业实际需求紧密结合的问题,将CDIO工程教育理念应用于“PLC与组态监控”课程的综合实训教学中,构建具有可行性、工程实用性、综合性的实训项目,通过案例项目的构思、设计、实施、运行四个过程的实现,促成学生在实训中掌握“PLC与组态监控”课程的知识点、理解工程项目。实践结果表明,教学效果良好,提升了学生的工程应用能力和就业竞争力。Aiming at the problem that talent training in higher vocational colleges cannot be closely combined with the actual needs of enterprises, this paper applies the concept of CDIO engineering education to the integrated practical teaching of PLC and Configuration Monitoring course, building the feasible, practical, comprehensive training program. Through the case project conception, design, implementation and operation of the realization of the four processes, the students are promoted to master the knowledge of PLC and Configuration Monitoring course and understand the project in the practical training. The practical results show that the teaching effect is good, and students′ engineering application ability and employment competitiveness are improved.
