摘　　要：本文采用多层次模糊评价法针对购物中心满意度进行评价,评定购物中心是否达到预期设立的目标。构建多层次评价指标体系,客观采用市场调研和专家调查问卷的方式进行打分。通过多层次模糊综合评价可以获得更直观的量化体系,提升大数据的实用价值,更好地调整购物中心产业分配布局,为购物中心后期运营管理提供指导。In this paper, the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the satisfaction of shopping centers, and to evaluate whether the shopping center has achieved the expected goal. Construct a multi-level evaluation index system, and objectively use market research and expert questionnaires to score. Through multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we can obtain a more intuitive quantitative system, enhance the practical value of the big data, better adjust the industrial distribution layout of shopping malls, and provide guidance for the later operation and management of shopping malls.
