摘 要:为研究振荡、振动压路机的工作参数对桥面沥青混凝土铺装层压实效果的影响,分别对16m、24m跨径的简支梁桥和50m跨径的连续钢构桥沥青混凝土铺装层进行压实试验,改变压路机的碾压遍数和振动频率,研究其对铺装层压实度的影响规律,得到最佳的碾压遍数和频率。结果表明:振荡压路机与振动压路机对桥面沥青混凝土铺装层压实度的影响规律相同,压实度均随着碾压遍数的增加而不断增大,但超过6次后出现过压现象,最佳遍数为6。并且,压实度随振动频率的增加而增大,振动频率为24~33Hz时压实度均达到89%以上,最佳振动频率为30Hz。采用最佳的碾压遍数和频率,桥面沥青混凝土铺装层压实度随桥梁跨径的增大而逐渐减小。In order to study the influence of the working parameters of vibratory roller and vibratory roller on the compaction effect of asphalt concrete pavement on the bridge deck, compaction tests were carried out on the asphalt concrete pavement of 16m and 24m span simply supported beam bridges and 50m span continuous steel frame bridges, respectively, to change the rolling times and vibration frequency of the roller, and to study its influence on the compactness of the pavement, so as to obtain the best rolling times and frequencies.The results show that the influence of vibratory roller and vibratory roller on the compactness of bridge deck asphalt concrete pavement layer is the same, and the compactness increases with the increase of rolling times, but over compaction occurs after more than 6 times, and the optimal number of times is 6. Moreover, the compactness increases with the increase of vibration frequency. When the vibration frequency is 24~33Hz, the compactness reaches above 89%, and the optimal vibration frequency is 30Hz. The compaction degree of asphalt concrete pavement on the bridge deck decreases gradually with the increase of bridge span by adopting the best rolling times and frequency.
