摘  要:本文主要介绍了在合安高速公路五标涪江特大桥连续刚构主墩承台围堰施工中,由于该墩承台尺寸较大且位于水下较深位置,使得承台围堰受到的周边水压力也较大。为保证围堰的刚度及强度满足施工安全需求,减少围堰挠度变形,因此围堰的选择和设计显得尤为重要。若采用传统的钢壁围堰不但会增加施工成本,而且也会对后续承台墩身施工产生干扰。针对上述情况,项目部采用钢壁混凝土围堰进行水下承台施工作业,充分利用钢壁混凝土围堰刚度大的优点,减小了围堰挠度变形,降低了施工成本,同时也加快了施工进度,保障了施工作业的安全。该类型钢壁混凝土围堰也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of the cofferdam for the main pier cap of the continuous rigid frame of Peijiang Super Large Bridge in the fifth bid section of He’an Expressway, because the pier cap is large in size and located at a deeper underwater position, the cofferdam for the cushion cap is subjected to greater peripheral water pressure. In order to ensure that the rigidity and strength of the cofferdam meet the requirements of construction safety and reduce the deflection and deformation of the cofferdam, the selection and design of the cofferdam is particularly important. If the traditional steel wall cofferdam is used, it will not only increase the construction cost, but also interfere with the subsequent pile cap pier shaft construction. In view of the above situation, the Project Department adopts steel wall concrete cofferdam for underwater cushion cap construction, making full use of the advantages of steel wall concrete cofferdam, reducing the deflection and deformation of the cofferdam, reducing the construction cost, speeding up the construction progress, and ensuring the safety of construction. This type of steel wall concrete cofferdam also provides reference for subsequent similar construction.
