摘　　要：传统的商科人才培养模式已经跟不上当今数字经济时代的步伐。新商科虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设以培养商科学生成为具有创新精神和创业能力的应用型、复合型人才为目标,改革了传统的实验教学内容、方法和手段,构建“四步递阶”实践教学体系、设计虚拟仿真实验教学平台、采用信息化实验教学手段、运用智慧化管理方式,大大地提高实验教学质量和实验室管理效率,对学生创新创业能力的培养以及新商科职业能力和素质的提升起到重要作用。新商科虚拟仿真实验教学中心的建设是高校推进虚拟仿真实验教学改革、优化实验教学资源结构、提升实验教学质量的重要工作,也是高校新文科建设的重要内容。The traditional college business talents education scheme cannot keep up with the pace of today’s digital economy era.The construction of new business virtual simulation experimental teaching center aims at cultivating practical personnel and inter-disciplinary talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurship ability.We reform the traditional experimental teaching contents,methods and means,and design a new experimentaltalents education scheme,simulation experiential curriculum system and experimentalteaching form,so as to improve the quality of experimental teaching.The new business virtual simulation experimental teaching center plays an important role in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.It is an important measure for universities to promote the reform of virtual simulation experiment teaching,optimize the structure of experimental teaching resources,and improve the quality of experimental teaching.It is also an important part of the construction of new liberal arts.
