摘  要:为充分发挥深圳临海和“双区驱动”优势,根据南方科技大学本科教育的核心理念,基于海洋科学专业特色,将海洋微生物实验在以往的教学模式上推陈出新:关注生命演化重大科学问题,加强海洋高端技术教学理念,将海洋学科的前沿知识充实到教学课程中;开辟新兴学科方向古菌海洋学,开发挖掘海洋微生物资源,将教育与科研相结合;依托海洋先进技术和高端实验平台,设计学科交融课程内容,采取小班特色教学模式;从而系统全面地培养出国家所需要的具有专业素质以及开创性精神的优秀海洋复合型人才。Fully utilizing the advantages of the ocean resources and"dual-zone drive"in Shenzhen,abiding the undergraduate education core concept of Southern University of Science and Technology,and relying on the professional characteristics of marine sciences,this study aims to improve the teaching techniques of the marine microbial laboratory course,by focusing on the major scientific issues of life evolution and adding more teaching concepts of marine high-tech,the lab curriculum enriches the frontier knowledge of marine disciplines.In addition,this work opens up a new subject direction of archaeal oceanography,develops marine microbial resources,and results in integrating education with scientific research.Furthermore,building on advanced marine technology and high-end experimental platforms,the curriculum content of blending disciplines is designed,and the small-class characteristic teaching mode is adopted.Therefore,professional qualities and pioneering spirit of students are cultivated systematically and comprehensively.
