摘　　要：高等学校科研实验室是重要的科研创新场所,也是当前实验室安全管理工作的重点和难点之一,抓好科研实验室的安全管理工作具有十分重要的意义。现结合学校工作实际,分析了高校科研实验室管理现状,构建了安全管理体系。建立以实验室学生为基础,导师为主体,实验室安全管理人员为核心的高校科研实验室的督查联系制度;“预防为主”,定期开展实验室安全隐患评估。实践表明,该管理体系对于高校实验室安全具有一定的借鉴价值。The research laboratories in university are essential venues for scientific research and innovation,and they are currently also of the key points and difficulties in laboratory safety management.Thus,it is of great importance to grasp the safety management of the research laboratory.Regarding the actual safety management situation in scientific research laboratories,we built a safety management system which establishes an inspection and contact system for research laboratories in colleges based on laboratory students,instructors as the main body,and laboratory safety managers as the core,and carries out“prevention first,safety first”and a risk assessment of laboratory safety hazards.The safety management system has a very positive significance for laboratory safety in colleges and universities.
