摘　　要：实验室是高校进行实验实践的重要场所。实行实验室安全准入、准出制度是建立高校实验室安全保障体系的有效措施之一。公共卫生学院依据6S全生命周期持续改善综合管理的精益思维文化理念,结合风险管理,深入探索实验室人员的闭环管理。在健全实验室安全责任体系,完善实验室安全管理制度的前提下,以实验室安全检查制度,奖惩机制和信息化平台为保障,建立实验室安全准入准出制度,完善实验室安全教育与考核,加强风险评估、过程、技能培训和准出准入管理,有效保障实验室的安全,减少实验室安全事故的发生,为高校实验室的安全管理提供参考。The laboratory is an important place for universities to conduct experiments and practice.Implementing the laboratory safety access and exit system is one of the effective measures to establish a laboratory safety guarantee system in universities.Based on the lean thinking culture concept of 6 S management and risk management,taking the School of Public Health of Southeast University as an example,we deeply explore the closed-loop management of laboratory personnel.On the premise of improving the laboratory safety responsibility system and improving the laboratory safety management system,with the guarantee of the laboratory safety inspection system,the reward and punishment mechanism and the information platform,we establish a laboratory safety access and exit system to improve laboratory safety education and strengthen risk assessment management,process management,skills training and exit management.This guarantees the safety of the laboratory effectively,and prevents the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.This provides a reference for the safety management of college laboratories.
