摘　　要：根尖倒充填是根尖外科手术的重要步骤,严密的根尖封闭是减少微渗漏和确保手术成功的关键因素。根尖倒充填封闭性的体外评价方法多样,主要包括染料渗漏法、三维图像分析、细菌和内毒素渗漏法、流体过滤法、葡萄糖渗漏法等。本文介绍了上述各种评价方法的研究进展及其优缺点,以期为根尖倒充填材料和技术的研发提供参考。Root-end filling is an important step in apical surgery.Strict apical sealing is the key to microleakage reduction and successful operation.Numerous methods exist for the in vitro evaluation of apical sealing.They include dye leakage,three-dimensional image analysis,bacterial and endotoxin leakage,fluid filtration,and glucose leakage.This work aims to introduce the progress in the research on various evaluation methods and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods to provide a reference for the development of novel materials and techniques for root-end filling.
