摘 要:基于轨廓在线仿形铣削原理,建立不同铣削速度和铣削深度下,铣削残余波纹的波长、波高、廓形偏差等铣削特征参数的计算模型,开展铣削特征参数理论计算及轨廓在线仿形铣削试验,证实理论计算与试验结果基本吻合。利用轨廓在线仿形铣削特征参数,进行轮轨接触应力仿真分析。研究表明,直径800 mm铣盘的铣削移动速度为300~1 000 m/h时,铣削后残余波长为3~12 mm,残余波高为0.01~0.03 mm,轮轨接触区域最大廓形偏差为±(0.11~0.19) mm;轴重为14、19、23 t时,铣削后轨顶面受到的最大轮轨接触Von Miss等效应力分别为1 002、1 079、1 139 MPa,超过理想标准轨廓相应受到的最大轮轨接触Von Miss等效应力为126、85、65 MPa。轨廓在线仿形铣削优选特征参数为铣削速度为600 m/h和铣削深度为0.4 mm。Based on the principle of online rail profiling milling, the calculation model of milling characteristic parameters such as wavelength, wave height and rail profile deviation of the milling residual ripple at different milling speeds and milling depths was established. The theoretical calculation of the milling characteristic parameters and the online profiling milling experiment of the rail profile confirmed the consistency between the theoretical calculations values and the experimental results. Using the characteristic parameters of online rail profiling milling, a simulation analysis of wheel-rail contact stress was carried out. The results show that, when the milling disc with a diameter of 800 mm moves at a milling speed of 300~1 000 m/h, the residual wavelength, residual wave height and maximum profile deviation in the wheel-rail contact of rail profile after milling are 3~12 mm, 0.01~0.03 mm and ±(0.11~0.19) mm respectively. When the axle load of the wheel is 14, 19, or 23 tons, the maximum wheel-rail contact Von Miss equivalent stress on the top surface of the rail after milling is 1 002, 1 079, or 1 139 MPa, respectively. The corresponding maximum wheel-rail contact Von Miss equivalent stress exceeding the ideal standard rail profile is 126, 85, and 65 MPa. The optimal characteristic parameters for online profiling milling rail are the milling speed of 600 m/h and the milling depth of 0.4 mm.
