摘 要:在新农科背景下,创新创业能力培养仍然是涉农院校或涉农专业人才培养的短板。以中南民族大学涉农专业食品质量与安全专业为例,立足学校特色办学定位,面向民族区域资源与民族食品产业特色,围绕“两类型”“三阶段”“四联动”和“五在线”,深化农科教融合、政校企联动,构建适应新农科建设和“三农”需求的创新创业人才培养体系,实现分类别、分层次个性化培养涉农专业大学生的实践能力、创新能力和就业能力。Under the perspective of new agricultural science, the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is still the weakness of agricultural colleges or agriculture-related majors. Taking the agriculture-related major “food quality and safety” of South-Central Minzu University as an example, based on the distinctive school orientation and the characteristics of ethnic regional resources and ethnic food industry, and focusing on “two types”,“three stages”,“four linkage” and “five lines”, this paper will deepen the integration of agricultural science and education and the linkage among government, schools and enterprises, build an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system to meet the needs of new agricultural science construction and “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, and realize the personalized training of practical ability, innovation ability and employ ability for college students of agriculture-related major by categories and levels.
