摘　　要：报道1例结节状汗腺瘤。患者女,41岁,左膝关节伸侧结节2年。皮肤科检查:左膝关节伸侧见一暗红色结节,质地较硬,顶端破溃结痂,挤压有少许浆液性分泌物排出。局部麻醉下完整切除皮损,经组织病理和免疫组化检查,诊断为结节状汗腺瘤。术后随访半年无复发。A case of nodular hidradenomas is reported.A 41-year-old female presented with a nodule on her left knee exten sion for 2 years.Physical examination showed a dark red nodule,with ulceration on its top and serous exudate when squeezed.The nodule was completely excised by surgery under local anesthesia and biopsy was performed.Based on the histopathology and immunohistochemistry staining,the diagnosis of nodular hidradenomas was made.No recurrence was found at the 6-month follow-up.
