摘　　要：目的 总结目前多囊性肝病的诊断治疗进展,为多囊肝病进一步的研究方向和临床实践提供思路。方法 查阅国内外多囊性肝病的相关文献并进行整理和归纳。结果 临床上主要通过腹部超声和CT检查对多囊性肝病进行诊断、评估及分类,手术是主要治疗方式,包括抽吸硬化疗法、开窗术、肝段切除术以及肝移植。结论 多囊性肝病的分类和评估方案有待完善,同时其药物治疗仍需进一步研究,雌激素受体和促性腺激素释放激素受体是有希望的治疗靶点。Objective To summarize the current progress in diagnosis and treatment of polycystic liver disease,and provide ideas for further research direction and clinical practice of polycystic liver disease. Method The domestic and foreign literature about polycystic liver disease was reviewed, screened, and summarized. Results The diagnosis,evaluation, and classification of polycystic liver disease were mainly performed clinically by abdominal ultrasound and CT.Surgical treatment was the main treatment, including aspiration sclerotherapy, fenestration, segmental hepatectomy, and liver transplantation. Conclusions The classification and evaluation scheme of polycystic liver disease needs to be improved, and its medical treatment still needs further research. Estrogen receptor and gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor are promising therapeutic targets.
