摘　　要：在乡村振兴的伟大事业中,民营企业的作用不可忽略,清远民营企业在乡村振兴领域履行社会责任中,面临内生动力不足、平台以及配套政策不健全等问题。民营企业要助力乡村振兴,需要完善政策措施配套体系,壮大涉农民营企业规模,同时,要全方位构建民营企业履责的平台与渠道体系,设计激励机制,并且在党建引领和舆论宣传方面,弘扬以履行社会责任为导向的企业文化和价值观,全方位发挥民营企业在乡村振兴中的关键作用。In the great cause of rural revitalization, the role of private enterprises cannot be ignored.Qingyuan private enterprises face problems such as the insufficient endogenous power, the inadequate platforms as well as the supporting policies in fulfilling their social responsibilities in the field of rural revitalization. In order to help the rural revitalization, the private enterprises need to improve the supporting system of policies and measures, grow the scale of private enterprises related to the agriculture. At the same time, it is necessary to build a platform and channel system for the private enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities in all aspects, design the incentive mechanisms, and promote the corporate culture and values oriented to fulfill the social responsibilities in the terms of party building and public opinion guidance, so as to play the key role of private enterprises in the rural revitalization in all aspects.
