摘  要:为研究评价案例教学法联合问题探究式教学模式在医学文献评价教学的应用效果,将学生随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用案例教学法联合问题探究式方法教学,对照组仅采用案例教学法教学。课程结束后,通过问卷调查评价学生对教学方法的接受程度及教学效果。93.75%的试验组学生满意案例教学法联合问题探究式教学模式。试验组学生认为熟练掌握教学知识点、认为学习主动性提升及促进创新能力的构成比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生总的平均成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结果表明,案例教学法联合问题探究式教学模式在医学文献评价教学中能够显著提高教学效果。To evaluate the application effect of case teaching method combined with question inquiry teaching mode in medical literature evaluation,students were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received case teaching method combined with question inquiry teaching mode,while the control group only adopted case teaching method.At the end of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate students'acceptance of the teaching method and its teaching effect.93.75%of the experimental group students were satisfied with the case teaching method combined with the question-based teaching mode.The composition ratio of students in experimental group who thought they had mastered teaching knowledge,and thought they had improved learning initiative and promoted innovation ability was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total mean score of the experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.001).The result shows that,the case teaching method combined with question inquiry teaching mode can significantly improve The teaching effect in medical literature evaluation teaching.
