数据链指技融合人才培养模式设计与探索实践

摘　　要：面向新型数据链人才的岗位需求,开展数据链专业人才培养模式设计,用调研举证方法对数据链专业人才培养模式进行定量分析,总结基层单位对于数据链专业化人才界定,设计具有特色的人才培养方案,合理规划数据链专业的教学内容。在人才培养模式上进行创新,提出岗位见习、院校培训和岗位实习三个阶段新型数据链人才培养方法,强化通信业务和领导管理两种能力,开展数据链分队的技能与值勤业务、系统原理与装备运用、通信组织与指挥技能培养;同时,岗位见习阶段体验被管理者的感受,岗位实习阶段体验管理者的感受。在人才培养实践手段上进行创新,构建基于人在回路的数据链仿真训练系统与基于软件无线电的实践课程体系,其中数据链仿真训练系统帮助教员灵活控制和显示数据链系统和装备中的数据流程、控制流程、历史纪录,以及相关的格式化数据和信息,将数据链仿真训练作为培养数据链人才的重要方法和手段,构建基于硬件在环、人在回路的数据链半实物训练系统,创造一个近似实战的数据链装备运用训练环境,保证数据链装备运用教学的效果。新型数据链人才培养改革与创新设计框架可以为数据链技术与指挥专业建设提供理论引导。To meet the demand of the new type of data link talents,we should design the training mode of data link talents,and use the method of investigation and evidence to perform quantitative analysis on the training mode of data link talents,this paper summarizes the definition of professional talents of data link in basic units,designs the characteristic talent training scheme,and reasonably plans the teaching contents of data link specialty.To innovate in the training mode of talents,we put forward a new training method of data link talents in the three stages of post probation,college training and post practice,and strengthen two kinds of abilities of communication service and leadership management,carry out data link unit skills and on-duty business,system principles and equipment use,communication organization and command skills training;at the same time,students are arranged to experience the feeling of being managed during the apprentice stage and the feeling of managingduring the internship stage.Innovation is made in the practical means of personnel training,and a data link simulation training system based on man-in-the-loop and a practical course system based on software radio are constructed.The data link simulation training system helps instructors to flexibly control and display the data flow,control flow,history record and related formatted data and information in the data link system and equipment.Taking the data link simulation training as an important method and means of training data link talents,this paper constructs a data link semi-physical training system based on hardware-in-the-loop and human-in-loop,and creates a data link equipment application training environment which is similar to actual combat,ensure the teaching effect of data link equipment application.The reform and innovation design framework of new data link talents training can provide theoretical guidance for the construction of data link technology and command specialty.
