摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,非酒精性脂肪肝的发病率不断攀升,其预防和治疗越来越引起人们的重视,现已成为我国肝病和代谢性疾病领域面临的新挑战。文章旨在研究与探讨中医药在治疗非酒精性脂肪肝方面的应用价值。查阅近年来中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的相关文献资料,主要从中医病名、病因病机、中医药治疗与研究、思考与展望等方面展开综述,得出采用中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝具有广阔的应用前景。在临床中,要积极发挥中医药在治疗非酒精性脂肪肝中的优势作用。With the improvement of people’s living standard and the change of lifestyle,the incidence rate of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has been increasing.More and more attention has been paid to the prevention and treatment of the disease,and now it has become a new challenge in the fields of liver diseases and metabolic diseases.This paper aims to study and discuss the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of NAFLD.The literature on NAFLD treated in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years was summarized mainly from the aspects of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment and research,thinking and prospect.Traditional Chinese medicine has a broad application prospect in the treatment of NAFLD.In the future,we should actively play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of NAFLD.
