双侧面神经麻痹一例报告及临床分析

摘　　要：双侧面神经麻痹在临床中是一种较为少见的临床症状,引起双侧面瘫的原因很多,仍然是一个具有挑战性的临床疾病,临床诊疗过程中应该考虑各种鉴别诊断,明确引起双侧面神经麻痹的病因,经过正确及时治疗,预后还是较为可观的。本患者既往有抑郁和甲状腺功能减退症病史,经过中西医结合治疗,恢复较好。文章详细记录该双侧面瘫患者完整的诊治过程及临床分析,报道如下。Bilateral facial paralysis is a relatively rare clinical symptom in clinical practice.There are many reasons for bilateral facial paralysis,and it is still a challenging clinical disease.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,differential diagnosis should be considered,and the cause of bilateral facial paralysis should be clarified.After correct and timely treatment,the prognosis is still considerable.This patient has a history of depression and hypothyroidism.After treatment in the integrative medicine,the recovery is good.This article records the complete diagnosis and treatment process and clinical analysis of this case in detail.The report is as follows.
