温阳疏筋法配合穴位贴敷治疗顽固性面瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：顽固性面瘫缠绵难愈,严重影响患者生活,给患者带来沉重的心理负担。王寿兰主任在临床中针刺采用“温阳疏筋法”(针刺神庭穴、大椎穴、陶道穴、身柱穴、灵台穴、至阳穴、筋缩穴)、穴位贴敷(中脘穴、神阙穴、关元穴、气海穴、天枢穴)及常规针刺治疗顽固性面瘫,具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。并附典型病例加以阐述。Intractable facial paralysis is lingering and difficult to heal,which seriously affects the lives of patients,and brings heavy psychological burden to patients.Director WANG Shoulan applies“warming Yang(阳)and dispersing tendon method”[acupuncture at Shenting(GV24),Dazhui(DU14),Taodao(DU13),Shenzhu(DU12),Lingtai(DU10),Zhiyang(DU9),and Jinsuo(DU8)],acupoint application[Zhongwan(RN12),Shenque(RN8),Guanyuan(RN4),Qihai(RN6),Tianshu(ST25)]and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis,which has a good effect and is worthy of clinical application.Typical cases are also attached and illustrated.
