摘  要:太赫兹是当下研究的焦点之一,已广泛应用于生物医学检测、电子通信、材料研发等领域。太赫兹波凭借其低电离性、非侵入性和特征谱系,为生物大分子的空间构象及相互作用的检测提供了一项新的技术手段。近年来,皮肤肿瘤检查与诊断愈发趋近无损伤化,使得其对检测手段的灵敏度和特异度要求进一步提升。太赫兹波具有对细胞间质水含量的高度敏感性和较强的空间分辨率,且其透射深度与皮肤厚度适配,从而展现出其在皮肤相关疾病领域的广阔应用前景。本文针对当前国内外太赫兹技术在皮肤肿瘤中的应用,总结其最新发展,指出局限性并阐述其未来展望。Terahertz is one of the focuses of current research and has been widely used in biomedical detection, electronic commun ication, material research and development and other fields. Terahertz wave, with its low ionization, non-invasive and characteristic spectrum, provides a new technical means for the detection of the spatial conformation and interaction of biomacromolecules. In recent years, the examination and diagnosis of skin tumors are becoming more and more non-destructive, which further increases the requirements of sensitivity and specificity of detection methods. Terahertz wave has a high sensitivity to the water content in the intercellular matrix and a strong spatial resolution, and its transmission depth is compatible with the skin thickness, thus showing its broad prospects in the field of skin related diseases. According to the application of terahertz technology in skin tumor at home and abroad, this paper summarizes its latest development, points out its limitations and expounds its future prospects.
