摘 要:目的探讨远程教育结合线下教学模式在“新冠”疫情期间临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取江西省吉安市中心人民医院临床护士545人为研究对象,将2020年1月—2020年6月疫情高峰期为实验组,2019年1—2019年12月为对照组,实验组采用远程教育和线下相结合教学模式进行教学,对照组采用传统线下教学模式。通过比较2组学员培训后理论考核成绩、及格率,自主学习能力评分,学员对教学效果评分对教学方法进行评价。结果实验组的理论考核成绩、及格率、自主学习能力评分、学生对教学效果评分均高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程教育和线下相结合教学模式能够显著提高学员的理论考核成绩和自主学习能力,提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of distance education combined with offline teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching during the“COVID-19”epidemic.Methods 545 clinical nurses in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The experimental group used a combination of distance education and offline teaching methods for teaching,and the control group used traditional offline teaching methods.The teaching methods were evaluated by comparing the two groups of trainees’theoretical assessment scores,passing rate,self-learning ability scores,and students’scores on teaching effects.Results The theoretical assessment scores,passing rate,autonomous learning ability scores,and students’scores on teaching effectiveness of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of distance education and offline teaching methods can significantly improve the students’theoretical assessment scores and independent learning ability,and can improve the teaching quality.
