摘　　要：目的探讨60岁以上老年眩晕患者发病特点与五运六气的关系。方法回顾性纳入2016年1月20日—2021年1月21日佛山市中医院急诊科就诊的以眩晕为主诉的60岁以上病例6039例,分析上述病例的发病时间,通过五运六气理论进行推算并验证,运用相关统计方法,探讨老年眩晕患者发病时间与五运六气的关系。结果通过五运六气理论分析发现60岁以上老年人在客主加临不相得时容易发作眩晕,与实际结果相一致,差异有统计学意义(r=0.060,P<0.05)。结论60岁以上老年眩晕患者发病与五运六气之间存在一定的关系,可以在实际临床中使用。Objective To explore the relationship between the onset characteristics of vertigo in elderly patients over 60 years old and the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Methods Retrospectively included 6,039 cases of vertigo and over 60 years of age who presented to the emergency department of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 20,2016 to January 21,2021,and analyzed the onset time of the above cases.By calculating and verifying the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the relationship between the onset time and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in elderly patients with vertigo was discussed using relevant statistical methods.Results According to the theory analysis of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,it is found that the elderly over 60 years old are prone to dizziness when the guest and the host are not compatible.This is consistent with the actual results,and there had statistically different(correlation coefficient r=0.060,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the onset of vertigo in elderly patients over 60 years of age and the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,which can be used in actual clinical practice.
