摘　　要：结合天然药物化学教学与科研,进行了药学创新型人才培养的思考与实践。针对川北医学院药学专业不同年级的本科生,通过课堂教学着力培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力、逻辑思维能力等;同时培养学生的科学思维、辨证思维和人文素养等。通过药学专业本科生和研究生参与教学科研,主要培养其实验创新能力、团队合作能力、文献阅读能力、论文和标书写作能力等。并通过实施“课程思政”,做到了立德树人,培养了德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。Combined with the teaching and scientific research of natural pharmaceutical chemistry,the thought and practice of cultivating innovative talents in pharmacy were carried out.As for the undergraduates of different grades majoring in pharmacy in our school,the ability of analyzing and solving problems,logical thinking,scientific thinking,dialectical thinking and humanistic quality were cultivated through teaching in classroom.Through the participation of pharmaceutical undergraduates and postgraduates in Teachers’scientific research,their experimental innovation ability,team cooperation ability,literature reading ability,application document writing ability were cultivated.Through the implementation of“curriculum ideology and politics”,the goal of building morality and cultivating people was achieved,and socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor were trained.
