摘 要:左束支区域起搏包括左束支起搏(LBBP)和左室间隔起搏(LVSP),LVSP是经室间隔对左侧心内膜下左束支区域进行起搏,以实现生理性起搏,其可行性、安全性及有效性已初步证实。相较于希氏束起搏,LVSP阈值低而稳定,而相较于LBBP,LVSP操作过程简单,学习周期短,逐渐成为研究的热点。现就LVSP的相关研究及进展做一综述。Left bundle branch regional pacing includes left bundle branch pacing(LBBP)and left ventricular septal pacing(LVSP).LVSP is to pace the left subendocardial left bundle branch area through the ventricular septum to achieve physiological pacing.Its feasibility,safety and effectiveness have been preliminarily confirmed.Compared with His bundle pacing,the LVSP threshold is low and stable.Compared with LBBP,the operation process of LVSP is relatively simple and the operator’s learning period is short,which has gradually become a research hotspot.This paper reviews the related research and progress of LVSP.
