摘　　要：术前辅助治疗是近年来提出的一种多学科交叉治疗恶性肿瘤的新概念,其目的是预防肿瘤进展,甚至阻止实体肿瘤的发展。诸多不可切除或只能姑息性切除的进展期患者经新辅助治疗后实现了降期和根治性切除,从而实现改善预后的目标。新辅助治疗目前已在多种实体瘤治疗中发挥重要作用,鉴于此,本文旨在回顾近年来术前辅助治疗在肝癌、胰腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌及子宫癌等常见实体瘤临床决策中的研究进展,为实体瘤的新辅助治疗提供科学思路,以期给患者带来长期生存获益和生活质量提升。Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy is put forward as a new concept of multidisciplinary cross treatment of malignant tumor in recent years,and its purpose is to prevent tumor progression,and even prevent the development of solid tumors.Many advanced patients who cannot be resected or can only be resected palliatively have achieved the descending period and radical resection after neoadjuvant therapy and finally the prognosis has improved.This article reviews recent advances in preoperative neoadjuvant therapy involved in the clinical decision making for treatment of common solid tumors,such as liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,ovarian cancer and cancer of the uterus,aiming to provide scientific thought about neoadjuvant therapy for solid tumors,and help patients achieve long-term survival and good quality of life.
