摘  要:对不同运动等级男子冰球运动员体成分、有氧能力进行调查、分析,为运动员身体机能评定、科学运动训练、科学选材提供理论与实践依据。以不同运动等级男子冰球运动员为研究对象,采用递增负荷实验测定有氧能力,同时采用高精度多频率生物阻抗分析技术测试体成分。结果显示:不同等级的男子冰球运动员有氧能力存在显著差异,一级以上男子冰球运动员有氧能力显著高于二级运动员;不同等级男子冰球运动员体成分存在显著差异,一级以上男子冰球运动员体重、瘦体重显著高于二级运动员,BMI、体脂率显著低于二级运动员;相关分析表明瘦体重、体重、BMI与有氧能力显著相关,体脂率对机体有氧能力的天赋程度有一定的负作用。研究冰球运动员的体成分、有氧能力状况,评估其体能训练效果、膳食结构的合理性,使其体成分特征、有氧代谢能力更符合冰球运动项目特点,对提高冰球运动员运动成绩具有一定的现实意义。This paper investigates and analyzes the body composition and aerobic capacity of ice hockey players of different sports grades,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the evaluation of physical function,scientific sports training and scientific selection of players. Taking the elite male ice hockey players of different sports grades as the research object,the aerobic capacity was measured by incremental load experiment,and the body composition was measured by high-precision multi frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis.The results show that there are significant differences in aerobic capacity among different levels of ice hockey players. The aerobic capacity of male ice hockey players above level one is significantly higher than that of level two;There are differences in body composition among different levels of ice hockey athletes. The body weight and lean weight of male ice hockey athletes above grade one are significantly higher than those of grade two,while BMI and body fat rate are significantly lower than those of grade two;Correlation analysis showed that lean body weight,body weight,BMI and aerobic capacity were significantly correlated,and body fat ratio may have a certain negative effect on the talent of aerobic capacity.By studying the body composition and aerobic capacity of ice hockey players,this paper evaluates the effectiveness of physical training and the rationality of dietary structure,so that the characteristics of body composition and aerobic metabolic capacity are more in line with the characteristics of ice hockey sports,which has a certain practical significance to improve the performance of ice hockey players.
