摘  要:针对水体富营养化问题,利用双通道放电低温等离子体对蓝藻水华优势藻之一的螺旋鱼腥藻进行灭活研究。在电极-液面间距2 mm,放电时间5 min,液层厚度10 mm,溶液初始浓度0.35,pH值为弱碱性的条件下,螺旋鱼腥藻的灭活率可达90%以上,并且处理效果不反弹。经双通道放电低温等离子体处理后,藻细胞的丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量随放电时间的延长而增加;电解质渗出率随放电时间的延长而增大,细胞膜相对通透性增大,细胞内容物外泄。以上理化性质测定表明,经双通道放电低温等离子体处理后,螺旋鱼腥藻细胞的光合作用能力基本丧失,生长遭到严重破坏甚至已经死亡,灭活效果显著。In view of the problem of water eutrophication,Anabaena spiroides,one of the dominant algae in cyanobacteria bloom,was inactivated by dual channel discharge low-temperature plasma.Under the conditions of electrode-liquid level spacing of 2 mm,discharge time of 5 min,liquid layer thickness of 10 mm and initial OD value of 0.35,pH value is weakly alkaline,the inactivation rate of Anabaena spiroides can reach more than 90%.And the inactivation effect didn′t rebound.The MDA content of Anabaena spiroides increased with the extension of discharge time after dual channel discharge low-temperature plasma.The electrolyte leakage rate increased with the extension of discharge time,while the cell membrane relative permeability increased and the cell contents leaked out.The above physical and chemical properties showed that,after the treatment of dual channel discharge low-temperature plasma,the photosynthetic capacity of Anabaena spiroides was basically lost,the growth was seriously damaged or even died.The inactivation effect of Anabaena spiroides was significant.
