环境敏感度对绿色服装消费行为的影响

摘　　要：针对绿色服装消费中推进缓慢、消费者环境关注与行为存在差异的现象,探讨消费者环境情感因素、绿色服装产品因素与政府行为在消费者绿色服装消费行为决策中的作用。构建有调节的中介模型,并采用Bootstrap法验证消费者的环境敏感度及绿色服装产品技术成熟度、国家政策法规对消费者绿色服装消费行为的影响。选取764份样本进行实证检验,结果表明:环境敏感度对绿色服装购买行为存在直接效应,感知技术成熟度在环境敏感度与绿色服装消费行为之间起部分中介作用;同时,政策法规在环境敏感度对绿色服装消费行为与感知技术成熟度的路径上分别起调节作用。进一步提出引导消费者进行绿色服装消费行为的具体路径和措施。In response to the slow advancement in green clothing consumption and the differences in consumers′environmental concerns and behaviors,green clothing product factors and government actions in consumers′green clothing consumption behavior decisions were explored based on the consumer perspective.To verify the influence of consumers′environmental sensitivity and the technical maturity of green clothing products and national policies and regulations on consumers′green clothing consumption behavior,a moderated mediation model was constructed,mainly using the Bootstrap method.Based on 764 samples for empirical testing,the results show that there is a direct effect of environmental sensitivity on green clothing purchase behavior,and perceived technical maturity plays a partially mediating role between environmental sensitivity and green clothing consumption behavior;meanwhile,policies and regulations play a moderating role in the path of environmental sensitivity on green clothing consumption behavior and the path of environmental sensitivity on perceived technical maturity.Specific paths and measures to guide consumers′green clothing consumption behavior are further proposed.
