摘  要:星孢菌素类似物是一种来源于低等生物的次生代谢产物,具有细胞毒性、抑菌等性质。本研究以星孢菌素类似物7-oxostaurosporine为研究对象,通过检测多种微生物悬浮液的吸光度来探究星孢菌素类似物的抑菌活性。结果表明,该药物对于大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)等细菌敏感性较低,对腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)的抑菌作用较好,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为7.5μmol/L。同时,研究发现,该药物的药效受环境pH值的影响较大,在偏酸偏碱的环境中药效降低。本研究的结果为星孢菌素类似物在抑菌方面的应用提供理论依据。Staurosporine analogue is a secondary metabolite from lower organisms,which has the properties of cytotoxicity,bacteriostasis and so on.In this research,7-oxostaurosporine was selected to explore the antibacterial activity,by detecting the absorbance of various microbial suspensions.The results showed that the drug had low sensitivity to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and had good antibacterial effect on Fusarium solani.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)to F.solani was 7.5μmol/L.At the same time,the result shows that the efficacy of the drug was greatly affected by the environmental pH value,and the efficacy decreased in the acid or alkali environment.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the application of staurosporine analogues in bacteriostasis.
