摘  要:【目的】冬枣生产中滥用肥料对果实品质和安全性造成了影响,妨碍了冬枣产业的健康发展,为此,探索适合永济冬枣树体生长的最适微肥浓度组合,以提高果树产量和品质。【方法】以“沾冬2号”为试验品种,以13种硒硼锌微肥组合为处理,研究了喷施不同微量元素对冬枣叶片单叶重、叶片厚度、叶面积、叶绿素、Se、B、Zn、N、P、K、Ca和Mg元素的影响。【结果】不同微肥处理能够提高叶片的单叶重、叶片厚度、叶面积和叶绿素含量,组合配施的效果整体优于单施,其中以硒硼锌共处理(T13)的促进效果最为显著;此外,微肥处理能够不同程度提高冬枣叶片微量元素Se、B、Zn,以及大量元素N、P、K、Ca和Mg的含量;单施硒肥对叶片Se含量提升效果优于组合配施,其余叶片元素的测定结果均为组合配施效果更优。【结论】硒硼锌微肥促进了冬枣叶片的生长,以及叶片矿质营养的积累,以硒硼锌共处理(T13)的综合效果最佳,适合在永济冬枣产区推广应用。【Objective】The overuse of fertilizer in the production of winter jujube affected the fruit quality and safety and hindered the healthy development of winter jujube industry.Therefore,the optimal combination of micro-fertilizer concentration for the growth of winter jujube was explored to improve the yield and quality of fruit trees in Yongji City.【Methods】The effects of spraying different trace elements on leaf weight,leaf thickness,leaf area,chlorophyll,Se,B,Zn,N,P,K,Ca and Mg of winter jujube were studied with‘Zhandong 2’as the experimental variety and 13 combinations of selenium,boron and zinc micro fertilizers as the treatment.【Results】Different micro fertilizer treatments could improve the single leaf weight,leaf thickness,leaf area and chlorophyll content of leaves.The effect of combined application was better than that of single application,among which the treatment of selenium,boron and zinc(T13)was the most significant;In addition,micro fertilizer treatment could increase the contents of trace elements Se,B,Zn,and large elements N,P,K,Ca and Mg in winter jujube leaves;The effect of single application of selenium fertilizer on the increase of Se content in leaves was better than that of combined application,and the determination results of other leaf elements were that the effect of combined application was better.【Conclusion】Selenium boron zinc micro fertilizer promotes the growth of winter jujube leaves and the accumulation of mineral nutrients in leaves.The comprehensive effect of selenium boron zinc treatment(T13)is the best,which is suitable for popularization and application in Yongji winter jujube production area.
