摘  要:目的:分析当归补血汤在不同工艺参数喷雾干燥下成分的变化。方法:运用指纹图谱段带总量统计矩相似度法分析不同进风温度、蠕动进料速度和雾化压力下当归补血汤干燥产品及提取液的指纹图谱信息,探讨喷雾干燥过程中不同操作参数下成分的变化情况。结果:喷雾干燥样品出峰时间在10~15 min和15~20 min的成分在不同进风温度条件下与提取液指纹图谱相似度变化较小,且基本在0.95以上;在20 min后的成分,当温度为120℃时,其相似度为0.66,且随着温度的升高,相似度急剧降低。出峰时间在0~5 min和15~20 min之间的成分受蠕动进料速度的影响不大,与提取液的相似度均在0.95左右;出峰时间在5~10 min和10~15 min之间的成分在蠕动进料速度高于10 r/min时,其相似度接近0.95。当雾化压力达到0.6 MPa时,除出峰时间在20 min以后的成分相似度升高外,其他成分的相似度均降低。结论:当归补血汤喷雾干燥过程中,不同工艺参数对不同出峰时间的成分影响不同,但均会发生一定的化学反应造成成分变化。中药复方制剂制备各单元操作参数优化时应对生产过程中的成分迁移及变化给予足够关注,在保证药效的基础上进行工艺研究以获得真正较优的制剂工艺。Objective: To analyze the migration and change of components under different spray drying process parameters of Danggui Buxue Decoction. Methods: The fingerprint information of the dried products and extracts of Danggui Buxue Decoction under different inlet air temperature, peristaltic feeding speed and atomization pressure was analyzed by using the similarity method of the total statistical moments of the fingerprint bands, and the changes of the components under different operating parameters during the spray drying process were discussed.Results: The similarity of the components with the peak time of 10-15 min and 15-20 min in the spray-dried sample and the fingerprint of the Danggui Buxue Decoction extracted solution changed little under different inlet air temperatures, and the similarity was basically above 0.95. When the temperature was 120℃, the similarity of the composition of the spray-dried sample after 20 min was 0.66, and the similarity decreased sharply with the increase of temperature. The components with peak time between 0-5 min and 15-20 min were not affected by the peristaltic feed rate, and the similarity with the extract was about 0.95. The similarity of components with peak time between 5-10 min and 10-15 min was closed to 0.95 when the peristaltic feed rate was higher than 10 r/min. When the atomization pressure reaches 0.6 MPa, the component similarity of the peak time after20 min increases, and the component similarity of other peak time decreases. Conclusion: During the spray drying process of Danggui Buxue Decoction, different process parameters had different effects on the components of different peak time, but there would be a certain chemical reaction resulting in composition changes. When optimizing the operating parameters of each unit in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations,sufficient attention should be paid to the migration and changes of components in the production process, and process research should be carried out on the basis of ensuring t
