参苓白术汤联合化疗对晚期肿瘤患者毒副反应及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在晚期肿瘤患者中应用参苓白术汤加减联合化疗的治疗效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年12月乐平市人民医院收治的40例晚期肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组20例。对照组予以常规化疗,观察组加用参苓白术汤加减治疗,连续治疗3个月。对比2组毒副反应和免疫功能。结果观察组恶心呕吐、腹泻程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前及观察组,CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前及观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期肿瘤患者中应用参苓白术汤加减联合化疗的治疗效果确切,可减轻毒副反应,且不会影响免疫功能,增强治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu decoction combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced tumor.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced tumor admitted to Leping People’s Hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenling Baizhu decoction for 3 months.The toxicity and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of nausea and vomiting and diarrhea in the observation group were milder than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the control group were lower than those before treatment and observation group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were higher than those before treatment and observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu decoction combined with chemotherapy in advanced tumor patients has a definite effect,can reduce the toxic and side effects,and without affecting the immune function and enhance the therapeutic effect.
