摘  要:以邮轮建造中的分段车间布局问题为研究对象,考虑实际建造过程中物料在设备之间作业的物流关系和非物流关系,以车间整体物流效益最佳为优化目标,构建以物料搬运成本最小和非物流关系密切程度最大的双目标规划模型、引入自适应惯性权重改进粒子群算法进行求解,得出邮轮分段车间的优化布局方案.Taking the layout of fabricating shop in cruise ship construction as the research object, considering the logistics and non-logistics relations of materials operating among the equipment in the actual construction process, and taking the best overall logistics benefits of the workshop as the optimization objective, a bi-objective programming model with the lowest material handling cost and the closest non-logistics relations was constructed. The adaptive inertia weight improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was introduced to solve the problem, and the optimal layout scheme of the cruise fabricating shop was obtained.
