摘　　要：目的 探讨常规超声及超声检查造影在人类上皮因子受体-2(HER-2)阴性与HER-2过表达型乳腺浸润性癌中的应用。方法 选取我院210例HER-2阴性组及120例HER-2过表达组乳腺浸润性癌患者的资料,比较两组间临床病理及超声表现的差异。结果 与HER-2阴性组相比,HER-2过表达组肿块直径较大,边缘模糊、后方回声增强、伴微钙化、病理分级较高。HER-2过表达组肿块倾向于出现快速向心性高增强、边缘等增强或高增强、周边汇聚征等超声造影征象。结论 常规超声及超声造影可为预测HER-2基因的表达提供一定的影像学依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in HER-2 negative and HER-2 overexpression subtype of invasive breast carcinoma.Methods The data of 210 patients with HER-2 negative and 120 patients with HER-2 overexpression of invasive breast carcinoma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The differences in clinicopathological and ultrasonic manifestations between the two groups were compared.Results Comparedwith HER-2 negative group,HER-2 overexpression group showed the following characteristics:larger diameter,indistinct margin,posterioracoustic enhancement,accompanied by microcalcification,and higher pathological grade.HER-2 overexpressed group tended to show signs on CEUS as follows:rapid centripetal hyper-enhancement,iso-enhancement or hyper-enhancement of the margin,and peripheral convergence sign.Conclusion Ultrasonography and CEUS can provide some imaging basis for predicting the expression of HER-2 gene.
