摘　　要：目的探讨克罗恩病(CD)小肠CT造影(CTE)评分及其活动度分级与粪便钙卫蛋白(FC)的相关性。方法选取在我院就诊的CD患者46例,测量并分析患者的FC值、CTE影像学相关数据(肠壁厚度、强化方式、动脉期CT值、静脉期CT值、CTE评分分值、CTE活动度分级)。分析FC与CTE评分、强化方式及活动度分级的相关性。结果46例CD患者的CTE评分显示15例为中度活动、31例为重度活动,患者评分为中、重度的FC值平均值分别为(1.08±0.38)×10^(3)ug/g、(1.36±0.37)×10^(3)ug/g。Spearman相关分析显示:FC值与CTE活动度分级呈弱相关(r_(s)=0.341,P=0.021),与CTE评分分值弱相关(r_(s)=0.297,P=0.045),与CTE的强化方式零相关(r_(s)=0.262,P=0.079)。结论CD患者的CTE活动度分级与其FC值弱相关,或可为临床诊疗及随访CD提供更多信息。Objective To assess the correlation between score,activity grading in computed tomography enterography(CTE)and fecal calprotectin(FC)of Crohn’s disease(CD).Methods Forty-six CD patients who underwent CTE and FC test were included in this study.The FC and CTE findings,such as bowel-wall thickness,enhancement,CT values of arterial phase and venous phase after intravenous injection of Iobitridol,CTE score,activity grading in CTE of CD was assessed.The correlation between FC and the score,enhancement,activity grading in CTE of CD were analyzed by using Spearman’s rank correlation.Results CTE findings showed 15 moderate activity and 31 severe activity cases of the 46 CD patients,FC values were(1.08±0.38)×10^(3)ug/g,(1.36±0.37)×10^(3)ug/g respectively.Spearman’s rank correlation coefficients showed mild correlation between FC and activity grading,score,enhancement in CTE of CD(r_(S)=0.341,P=0.021;r_(S)=0.297,P=0.045 respectively).But there was no correlation between FC and enhancement type in CTE of CD(r_(S)=0.262,P=0.079).Conclusion Activity grading in CTE of CD was mildly correlated with FC,which could be helpful in guiding clinical follow-up and treatment.
