摘  要:随着人口老龄化的加剧,近些年来轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)频发。MCI是阿尔兹海默病(AD)的早期预警,以损害机体认知域为依据分为遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(a MCI)和非遗忘型轻度认知障碍(na MCI)两类,而a MCI是引起AD、脑血管疾病或者抑郁等其他疾病的高危因素。f MRI是将机体功能、解剖及影像三方面因素相互结合对脑区功能进行定位监测的新技术,具备无创伤、无入侵及高时间、空间分辨率等优势,为临床研究脑神经、精神障碍以及心理疾病提供客观依据。故本文从局部一致性、低频振幅、脑网络拓扑属性、功能连接以及任务相关f MRI多个角度阐述a MCI的研究进展,意在为今后临床诊断、筛查a MCI提供理论依据。With the aging of the population,the mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is becoming frequent in recent years.MCI is an early warning of Alzheimer's disease(AD),which is divided into amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI)and non-amnestic mild cognitive impairmenta(naMCI)based on impairment of body's cognitive domain.aMCI is a high-risk factor for AD,cerebrovascular disease,depression or other diseases.Funtional magnetic resonance(fMRI)is a new technology that combines body function,anatomy and imaging to locate and monitor the function of brain regions in the body,with the advantages of non-trauma,non-invasion,high temporal and spatial resolution,providing objective basis for clinical research on cranial nerves,mental disorders and psychological diseases.Therefore,this paper expounds the research progress of aMCI from the perspectives,which include reginal homogeneity,amplitude of low frequency flutuation,topological properties of brain network,functional connectivity and task-related fMRI,aiming to provide theoretical basis for clincal diagnosis and screening of aMCI in the future.
