摘　　要：本文报道3例阑尾黏液性肿瘤误诊为卵巢肿瘤的病例,患者均无症状,超声表现不典型,2例癌胚抗原(CEA)轻度升高,手术及病理均证实为阑尾黏液性肿瘤。阑尾黏液性肿瘤临床罕见,早期症状不明显,易误诊。通过该病例总结,有助于提高临床医生应对阑尾黏液性肿瘤认知,减少术前误诊,提高手术成功率。This article reports 3 cases of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms misdiagnosed as ovarian tumor.All the patients were asymptomatic with atypical ultrasound manifestations;two cases had slightly elevated carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA);all the 3 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Appendiceal mucinous neoplasms is a rare tumor with atypical symptoms,and is easily misdiagnosed.This case report will help clinicians to improve the awareness of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms,reduce preoperative misdiagnosis,and increase the success rate of surgery.
