不同硒源对济宁青山羊生长性能、抗氧化能力及营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：该试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硒代蛋氨酸和酵母硒对济宁青山羊生长性能、抗氧化能力及营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取健康的济宁青山羊50只,随机分为5组,每组2个重复,每个重复5只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲粮中分别添加以硒含量计算的0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠(0.3 SS组)、0.3 mg/kg酵母硒(0.3 SY组)、0.3 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸(0.3 SM组)和0.5 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸(0.5 SY组),试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)平均日增重0.3 SM组显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);料重比0.3 SM组显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。(2)各试验组CP、EE、NDF和ADF表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中0.3 SM组最高,其CP、ADF表观消化率与0.5 SM组差异不明显(P>0.05),但显著高于其它各组(P<0.05),EE表观消化率显著高于对照组、0.3 SS组(P<0.05),与其它各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)0.3 SM组GSH-Px、T-AOC、SOD活性值最高,MDA含量最低,与对照组、0.3 SS组差异显著(P<0.05),但与0.3 SY组、0.5 SM组差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在济宁青山羊饲粮中添加0.3 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸,可提高其生长性能、抗氧化能力和营养物质的表观消化率。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding selenomethionine and yeast selenium to the diets on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and apparent digestibility of nutrients in Jining grey goats.Fifty healthy Jining grey goats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 2 replicates in each group and 5 sheep in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with 0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite(0.3 SS group),0.3 mg/kg yeast selenium(0.3 SY group),0.3 mg/kg selenium yeast(0.3 SM group)and 0.5 mg/kg selenium yeast(0.5 SY group),respectively,in terms of selenium content.The test lasted of 60 days.The results showed that(1)the mean daily weight gain in the 0.3 SM group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).The lowest feed-to-weight ratio was found in this group(P<0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of CP,EE,NDF and ADF in all test groups were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The 0.3 SM group was the highest,whose apparent digestibility of CP and ADF were not significantly different from that in 0.5 SM group(P>0.05),but significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of EE was significantly higher than that in the control and 0.3 SS group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with other groups(P>0.05).(3)In 0.3 SM group,the activities of GSH-Px,T-AOC and SOD were the highest and the content of MDA was the lowest,which was significantly different from the control and 0.3 SS group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference from 0.3 SY and 0.5 SM group(P>0.05).Thus,the addition of 0.3 mg/kg selenomethionine to the ration of Jining Grey goat can improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and apparent digestibility of nutrients.
