摘  要:考虑绿色度和商誉的动态性,构建包含两个制造商和单个零售商的绿色供应链微分博弈模型,研究绿色竞争、广告竞争和技术溢出下供应链的均衡策略及协调问题。研究发现:绿色竞争对制造商绿色技术投资是正激励,能够提高产品绿色度和品牌商誉;广告竞争对零售商广告投入的影响依赖于产品单位生产成本的大小关系;技术溢出对制造商绿色技术投资是负激励,对产品绿色度和品牌商誉的影响与绿色竞争强度有关;即当绿色竞争强度较弱时,随着技术溢出的增加,产品绿色度和品牌商誉增加;当绿色竞争强度较强时,随着技术溢出的增加,产品绿色度和品牌商誉先增加后减小;基于制造商联盟的成本分担-收益共享契约可以完全协调绿色供应链,但供应链成员的合作价值随着技术溢出的增加而减小。Considering the dynamics of greenness and goodwill, a differential game model of green supply chain including two manufacturers and a single retailer is constructed, and the equilibrium strategy and coordination problem of the supply chain under green competition, advertising competition and technology spillover are studied. The research findings are as follows: 1) Green competition is a positive incentive for manufacturers to invest in green technology, which can improve product greenness and brand reputation;2) The influence of advertising competition on the retailer’s advertising input depends on the size of unit production cost;3) Technology spillover is a negative incentive for manufacturers to invest in green technology, and its impact on product greenness and brand reputation is related to the intensity of green competition;That is, when the intensity of green competition is weak, product greenness and brand goodwill increase with the increase of technology spillovers. When the intensity of green competition is strong, product greenness and brand goodwill increase first and then decrease with the increase of technology spillover. 4) The cost-sharing and revenue-sharing contract based on the manufacturer alliance can fully coordinate the green supply chain, but the cooperative value of supply chain members decreases with the increase of technology spillovers.
