摘 要:青少年体育锻炼能力既是青少年体育锻炼水平的重要体现,也是青少年参与体育锻炼的基础与保证。本文扎根于体育学科本身,从心理学和教育学等多学科视域出发,深入分析青少年体育锻炼能力研究的理论根基,廓清青少年体育锻炼能力各理论基础之间的内在关系。青少年体育锻炼能力理论基础研究能够为青少年体育锻炼能力培养和评价提供内在依据和目标定位,既可服务于青少年体育锻炼能力提升这一短期目标,又可服务于青少年终身体育这一长期目标。Teenagers'physical exercise ability is not only an important embodiment of teenagers'physical exercise level,but also the basis and guarantee of teenagers'participation in physical exercise.Based on the physical education discipline itself,from the perspective of psychology and pedagogy,this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical foundation of the research on teenagers'physical exercise ability,and clarifies the internal relationship between the theoretical foundation of teenagers'physical exercise ability.The research on the theoretical basis of teenagers'physical exercise ability can provide internal basis and target orientation for the training and evaluation of teenagers'physical exercise ability,It can not only serve the short-term goal of enhancing the physical exercise ability of teenagers,but also serve the long-term goal of lifelong physical education of teenagers.
