胡蜂蜂毒肽对干燥综合征大鼠的作用探究

摘  要:观察胡蜂蜂毒肽对干燥综合征大鼠唾液分泌量、泪液分泌量及血清酪氨酸的影响。将18只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分组,采用弗氏试剂+同种鼠颌下腺蛋白抗原诱导法造模,造模成功1 d后给药,并通过唾液检测、泪液分泌试验及血清酪氨酸水平测定来判断作用效果。与阴性对照组相比,蜂毒肽中剂量组的大鼠唾液和泪液分泌量显著增多,血清酪氨酸水平显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,中等剂量的胡蜂蜂毒肽可能通过上调血清中的酪氨酸水平来改善干燥综合征大鼠的口干、眼干症状。The effects of wasp venom peptide were observed on tear secretion,saliva secretion and serum tyrosine in rats with Sjogren syndrome.18 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly grouped,molded by Freud’s reagent+allof-kind mouse submandibular antigen induction method,and administered after successful molding.The effects were judged by Schirmer I experiment,saliva detection and determination of the serum tyrosine level.Both the saliva and tear secretion of rats and the serum tyrosine level in the dose group of bee venom peptide were significantly increased compared with those in the negative control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The result show that moderate doses of wasp venom peptide may improve the symptoms of dry mouth and eyes in rats with Sjogren syndrome by upregulating serum tyrosine.
