摘 要:直流母线电压的稳定性在背靠背的风电变流器是至关重要的一个指标。为了满足负载变化时的母线波动不超过安全的范围,母线电压必须具备优良的动态性能以及足够的鲁棒性。针对此问题,本文从转矩内环和电压外环两个环路出发优化直流母线电压的动态响应。本文首先根据电励磁同步电机的数学模型,推导了DTC的算法,以实现高动态的转矩内环跟踪。在此基础上,本文整定了电压外环的PI参数,并做了稳定性分析。为了进一步优化负载扰动下的性能,本文引入了模糊自适应控制和非线性扩张状态观测器,通过在动态过程自适应调节参数,同时抑制输出量对负载扰动量环路的增益,可实现母线电压的快速跟踪和负载突变下的低扰动。最后,本文通过仿真和实验,验证了算法的可行性和有效性。The stability of bus voltage is an important technical index for back-to-back power wind converter.Bus voltage must possess excellent dynamic performance and adequate robustness in order not to exceed the safety field of bus voltage fluctuation when load changing.Aiming at this problem,a method to optimize the dynamic response of bus voltage was adopted from the perspective of torque inner loop and voltage outer loop in this paper.Firstly,direct torque control(DTC)algorithm was deduced in term of the mathematical model of electrically excited synchronous generator to achieve rapidly torque tracking.Then,the PI parameters of bus voltage outer loop was tuned and its stability was analyzed.To further improve the performance under load disturbance,a fuzzy adaptive control and nonlinear extended state observer were introduced in this paper,by adaptive parameter tuning in the dynamic process and suppressing the loop gain from output to load disturbance,to accomplish rapid tracking and low fluctuation of bus voltage under load changing.Finally,simulation and experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the investigated method.
