摘  要:针对异步电机有感矢量控制系统易受电机转子电阻参数影响,参数在线辨识难的问题,设计了一种改进型模型参考自适应异步电机转子电阻在线辨识算法。该算法分别利用异步电机电压模型和电流模型计算转子磁链,设计合适的自适应律通过PI调节后估算转子电阻。电压模型由采样的电流和参考电压计算反电势,反电势经积分计算后计算得到转子磁链。电流模型利用电机电流和编码器转速经迭代计算获得转子磁链,通过设计四阶算法实现其高精度估算。仿真和实验结果表明,所设计的参数辨识算法可在不同工况下准确地辨识电机转子电阻,具有良好性能。An asynchronous motor rotor resistance online identification algorithm based on improved model reference adaptive system(MRAS)was designed for the problem that the vector control system with speed sensor was easily affected by the motor rotor resistance parameters,and the parameters were difficult to identify online.The designed algorithm used the voltage model and current model of the asynchronous motor to calculate the rotor flux,and designed a suitable adaptive law to estimate the rotor resistance after PI adjustment.The voltage model calculates the back-EMF from the sampled current and the reference voltage,and the back-EMF was integrated to obtain the rotor flux linkage.The current model used the motor current and the encoder speed to obtain the rotor flux through iterative calculations,and used the fourth-order algorithm to achieve high-precision estimation.The simulation and experimental results indicate that the designed parameter identification algorithm can accurately identify the motor rotor resistance under different working conditions and has good performance.
